Privacy policy

I'm Mona Mahendroo, based in Bengaluru, and I run Soul Strokes myself. This page explains what I do with your personal information, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What I collect

• Your account, if you create one: your name, email address and profile picture from Google or Facebook (or just your email, if you sign in with an email link), and a record of what you've bought from me, which I enter myself. I don't see or store your Google or Facebook password.
• Information you share: your name, phone number, email and message when you enquire or book, plus anything you choose to share during a session (such as photos of your pet or your questions).

How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry, schedule sessions and deliver artwork.
• To show you your purchases, sessions and vouchers when you sign in.
• I never sell your information or use it for advertising.

Cookies and third-party services

The site sets one cookie, only when you sign in, to keep you signed in. It isn't used for tracking or advertising. Sign-in through Google or Facebook is handled by them under their own privacy policies. Enquiries are sent through WhatsApp or your own email app, and bookings may be handled through Cal.com.

Confidentiality

What you share in a session stays between us. It is never discussed with others or shared publicly without your permission.

How long I keep it

Enquiry and booking details are kept only as long as needed to serve you. Your account and purchase history are deleted on request.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing mykia1144@gmail.com.
